Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday. In busy periods, please allow an extra 12 hours for us to dispatch your order.

We use Royal Mail and UPS for delivery, the options will be provided at the point of checkout with their associated costs. We offer fair and competitive delivery charges where we can. We charge you what its costs us plus the cost of packaging.

Please allow 7 working days for your order to be delivered. If after this period of time, your order has not been delivered, please contact us.

Delivery is solely the responsibility of the delivery agent or courier. We have no control over how they operate nor can we effect how or when your parcel is delivered.

We offer some services with a guaranteed delivery time frame. These are usually a premium service and will require somebody to be present at the delivery address to accept delivery. We are not responsible for the actions of the delivery agent if you are not present at the time of delivery and/or if the goods are delivered to another address or sent back to us. These services are a tracked service of which the tracking number will be emailed to you by us and possibly by the delivery agent (or via text message). It is your responsibility to track the parcel at intervals to assure a smooth and easy delivery. It is also your responsibility to arrange any delivery specifics (such as deliver to neighbour or delivery to a safe place) prior to delivery and with the delivery agent. We are not responsible for this. If requested by the customer, we will do as much as possible to aid in a smooth delivery process but actions by us are not guaranteed.

Please remember, delays in delivery are not our fault. Whilst we understand this is annoying, it is beyond our control. We ask that you are polite and understanding when speaking to our staff regarding these issues.

All Non-UK Orders:

Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes. Orders which are returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay any import or tax duties will be refunded minus the cost of initial delivery charges and any associated costs of the parcel being returned, such as courier return charges.

Returns and refunds

All returns must be made within 30 calendar days from purchase. Returns are not accepted after the 30 days has lapsed. 

All returns must be agreed with us prior to return and be accompanied by a returns number, which we will provide you with prior to you returning the goods.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed or if the item has arrived damaged or delivered incorrectly. Where we are paying for the cost of you returning the goods, you allow us to nominate the delivery agent to return the goods.

Goods which are special order or to the customers specification are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable. This also applies to part deliveries of the above. i.e the customer ordered 20 items accidentally and only wanted 10, none of the items are able to be returned and refunded.

When returning goods back to us, we ask that you package the goods carefully. Goods arriving damaged or broken will not be refunded. This is your responsibility.

Goods will not be refunded if they have been used, left to decay or corrode, changed from how they were sold, dirty or soiled. This is at our discretion. 

Stock availability

Our website shows when an item is out of stock, however the item is still available for purchase. If an item which is out of stock is purchased, you will be informed of the lead time by email or by telephone. This also applies to orders which are low on stock and cannot be 100% fulfilled. Orders which are purchased with an out of stock product will be shipped minus that item and our sales team will inform you of the lead time by email or telephone. It is then your choice to decide whether to continue with the order for those parts.
